Grammy-award winning band director Christina Benitez of Wessendorff Middle School discusses the importance of the her award, along with how she works to instill "winning" character traits into her band students.
Benitez won a 2013 Latin Grammy for her work as a producer on the children's album "¡Fántastico!".
