During the week of March 23 – 27, 2020, Lamar CISD will be participating in the Change for History campaign, a county-wide effort involving multiple school districts to support the Fort Bend Museum.
The Fort Bend Museum provides hands-on historical and educational exhibits for Lamar CISD students through field trips. Donations from Change for History will go toward the museum’s new exhibits and building remodel.
Starting Monday, March 23 all Lamar CISD campuses will have a jar in their front office and in classrooms to collect change. Parents, staff, students and community members can bring their spare change to donate throughout the week.
