Fulshear High School student Erika Cutrera won 1st place in the Federal Reserve Bank’s Personal Financial Literacy Contest. The annual essay contest is open to submissions from the entire Houston area and requires students to submit an essay on a given topic. Cutrera was awarded $1,500 for her winning submission.
