Fulshear High School junior Alexander Torres scored a silver medal in the 195-lbs. class.
Foster junior Valerie Carreon finished sixth in the 102-lbs. division.
Lamar Consolidated High School junior Christian Robles and Foster junior Cole Becker both advanced to the 120-lbs. quarterfinals.
Foster’s Marisol Romo, 110 lbs. and George Ranch High School’s Megan Braun 95 lbs. also competed at the State Meet, held in Cypress.
