Due to concerns about daytime heat and the safety of players, student performance groups and spectators, the varsity football game between the George Ranch Longhorns and Weslaco High School is being rescheduled.
The game will be played Friday, Aug. 26, beginning at 7:30 p.m. in
Bobby Lackey Stadium in Weslaco. The game was originally scheduled for the afternoon of Aug. 27.
