Each year, Lamar CISD honors employees for their service to the children of our community. While we might not be able to celebrate in person for the time being, we are grateful for the individuals below and thank them for their 30 years of service to our District.
Thirty years ago brought us the launch of the Hubble Space Telescope into orbit, Driving Miss Daisy as the Academy's choice for "Best Picture" and a gallon of gas for $1.15. You could purchase a loaf of bread for 70 cents and the world marveled at Kevin McCallister's antics when his family left him "Home Alone."
30-year employees: Rosita Galvan, Shannon Hood, Louisa Longoria, Jill Ludwig, Iris McNair, Michelle Moehlig, Karen Mumphord, Virginia Stoeltje, Jeannette Vasquez and Paula Zamora.
