Graduation exercises for Fulshear High School's Class of 2019 will be held Saturday, June 1, at 2:30 p.m. at the Merrell Center in Katy.
Rafal Bilewski is the Valedictorian for the Class of 2019 at Fulshear High School.
The son of Rafal and Joanna Bilewski, he will attend Texas A&M University, majoring in Petroleum Engineering.
While at CFHS, Rafal was Vice President of WIT, was a member of the National Honor Society, participated in academic UIL events and was on the cross country, soccer and wrestling teams.
Rafal looks forward to becoming an innovator and leader in the field of engineering and hopes to meet as many new people as possible.
Reflecting on his high school experience, Rafal claims that all his experiences matter whether they were good or bad. He leaves his fellow chargers with the reminder that everything happens for a reason.
Katherine Roberson is the Salutatorian for the Class of 2019 at Fulshear High School.
The daughter of Mark and Maryellen Roberson, she plans to attend either the University of Cincinatti or Colorado State University to major in Molecular Biology. Upon receiving her undergraduate degree, Katherine has plans to attend medical school to become either a pediatric oncologist or a pediatric endocrinologist.
While at Fulshear, Katherine was a member of the National Honor Society and participated in academic UIL. She swam all four years for the varsity charger swim team and served as captain her junior and senior year. Katherine is a four-time district champion in Varsity Swimming and was named second team All-State her junior year. Additionally, Katherine is also a member of KATY’s Zones and Sectionals Team and competes in club swimming.
Katherine looks forward to discovering a career where she can make the same positive impact in other’s lives that people have made in hers. She chose to pursue medicine to help as many people as she can.
Katherine reflects on the unique experience she has had getting to open CFHS alongside the Class of 2019.
